ja-XXX.jsファイルの修正

　ja-sjis.jsなどには、buttons、msgとdialogsの設定が抜けています。これらの設定が無いとエラーしてしまい、正常に表示されなくなってしまいます。必要な設定をen.jsからコピーします。

配布されてるja-sjis.jsはこのようになっています。tooltipsの設定しかありません。

　tooltipsの設定の下に、en.jsからbuttons、msgとdialogsの設定をコピーします。

　注意：tooltips設定の最後の閉じ括弧（}）の後に、必ずカンマ（,）を入れて下さい。これを入れないとエラーしてしまいます。
